 FORZA ITALIA
CAMPIONE DEL MONDO
translation - Go Italy, Champions of the World (In Italian)

This world cup...where to start, I can't believe its over, So many things to remember, Ukraine's debut, Argentina's crushing 6-0 victory, Italy's last grasp victory 2-0 to beat Germany to finals, Speedy Ghana and Cote de Ivore, Disapointment in Brazil, Ronaldo's come back, Fernando Torres' wonder strike, Pirlo's opening goal, Beckham's sensational free kick, Buffon's and Cannavaro's  scorching form, Germany's superb team work, me edging on my seat during the Final PKs, the rapid growth of the French team, the spirit of the fans and so much more. All in all, This is the top level of football, it simply can't get any better. Having the best of the best from every club forms the greatest teams from every country. Something spectacular happens in every game, wonder strikes, solo efforts,  superb teamwork, tactictical planning, sheer determination, ever supportive fans. All these things is what makes this simple game with 22 men, 2 nets and 1 ball so damn great.

What more is there to say~
(Juve + Milan + Undinese + Inter + Lazio + Fiorentina + Palermo + Parma)
SerieA United

Totti kissing the beautiful globe~ Prince of Rome ~

Lippi the Italian coach - I will always hate you for not using Pippo but gaddamnit he's an amazing tactician

Zinidane Zidane - You are there with the greatest footballers. You will always be a legend in the hearts you have touched with your football. Despite losing your head in extra time, I wish you the best in your retired life.

Finally its over, and  that Berlin stadium is freakin nice
this one month, I have learned so much more, seen so much more, realised the greatness of the world cup. Its become a part of life, it'll be hard to live without football on TV all of a sudden. But I guess thats what makes this tournament so great.

Four Years -  I'll be waiting
now back to drawing

I didn't think this world cup was as exciting as the one four years ago... partly because Korea dropped out so early... but anyway... wow... ending his super soccer career with a red card... way to go Zidane. I like soccer but I really don't know much about it so... yay World Cup was fun!

Heey... I didn't know you had a xanga (It's Athena from RISD, by the way).

When Italy won, did you hear all the honking and see all the cars that were going up Waterman with their Italian flags? It was noisy and distracting. But it was nice seeing all those happy, overjoyed people. Ha.

Oh soccer. We met playing soccer, weirdly enough.

Crazy
